The Buffalo Stampede is a sled hockey team founded by Greater Buffalo Adaptive Sports, with youth and adult divisions, serving athletes with disabilities who play ice hockey on specialized sleds. The team competed in the Heartland Sled Hockey League in its inaugural 2026 season and now plays in the Northeast Sled Hockey League; GBAS also hosts try-it events and clinics across Western New York.
