Riverside Park Ice Rink
Riverside's community rink on Niagara Street, run by Hasek's Heroes.
The 1,800-seat Ice Arena inside the Buffalo State Sports Arena is home to the university's men's and women's varsity programs and has served as a practice facility for the Buffalo Sabres and the IIHF World Junior Championships. It hosts the Western New York Federation high school league and Section VI girls postseason, and runs open skating and skate-and-shoot for the public.
Ice times here are published on the operator's own calendar, so they are always current at the source rather than copied and left to drift.
Public skate times vary by season. Check the rink's posted schedule before travelling, since ice time is often reallocated during tournament weekends.
Sharpening is not confirmed at this location. Check the nearest pro shop listing.
