SIHA is a long-running summer instructional hockey program (37th season as of 2026) offering a 40-hour skills-training curriculum with video analysis, plus a dedicated goalie academy track; the Buffalo session is held at Leisure Rinks each August, with sister sessions in Baldwinsville and Rochester, NY.
